dWELL is an affirming recovery housing on a mission to support young adults on their transition to independence with residences and a community based approach that supports growth and healing. Since 2020, we have supported young adults with our personalized and foundational skills-based approach to help young adults pursue their individual life goals.

dWELL Recovery is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-Time Case Manager to work Tuesday & Thursday–Friday from 5:00 PM–9:00 PM and Saturday from 12:00 PM–4:00 PM (16 hours).

The Case Manager will play an essential role in providing direct support to residents, helping them navigate individualized goals, daily routines, and life skills that promote recovery and independence.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide case management through conducting weekly apartment home visits for designated residents while working with them on their independent living goals.
    • i.e. supporting grocery shopping, attending recovery meetings, engaging in community activities, scheduling, etc.
  • Lead and develop onsite/offsite community program activities for week days and weekends as appropriate.
  • Accompany residents to appointments, recovery meetings, and offsite engagements as needed.
  • Support residents in self medication compliance. 
  • Support dWELL Recovery team members with case or program coverage.
  • Ensure the timely completion of required documentation for every shift, as per agency policy; ensure documentation meets regulatory guidelines for level of care.
  • Assist in providing crisis intervention, as necessary.
  • Informs Director and Assistant Program Director of all resident activities and significant conditions, which may impact facility operations and resident care.

What You Need to Qualify:
  • Required: Bachelor's degree in a related social science field and/or advanced 
  • Ideal candidate has at least 3 years related experience with Substance Use Disorders and 12-Step Recovery Model.
  • Ideal candidate has at least 3 years of related experience in adolescent or young adult programs.
  • Ideal candidate has at least 2 years experience in Mental Health Facility and/or Crisis Management.
  • Must be able to lift and transport moderate to heavy items (up to 50 pounds) as part of room setup, resident move-ins, and related responsibilities.
Schedule: Tuesday & Thursday–Friday from 5:00 PM–9:00 PM and Saturday from 12:00 PM–4:00 PM (16 hours).

Compensation: $22/hour
