Medication Support Compliance Resident Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented, compassionate, and highly organized overnight Medication Support Compliance Resident Manager to join our Main House team. This overnight position will have a specialized focus on resident medication support, quality control, and audits as well as overnight residential support.
dWELL Recovery is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medication Support Compliance Resident Manager to work the following shift:
- Sunday through Thursday from 12:00 am - 8:00 am
What you will do:
- Provide overnight residential and medication support through maintaining accurate documentation, supporting resident needs and household routines, supervising overnight staff, and ensuring a safe and organized transition to the morning team.
- Maintain and monitor accurate medication records, inventory, and related information in client management software to support consistency and continuity across shifts.
- Document and identify discrepancies or missing information during medication support compliance for follow up by senior leadership.
- Coordinate with House Managers, Resident Advisors, program staff, and leadership to communicate medication updates, documentation concerns, resident needs, emergencies, and important shift information.
- Complete shift reports, incident documentation, and other required records, ensuring critical information is communicated to the incoming shift.
- Provide overnight residential support by monitoring the home, completing routine rounds, responding to resident needs and emergencies, supporting residents in crisis, and escalating concerns to leadership as needed.
- Supervise RAs during overnight shifts, delegate and monitor tasks, and provide guidance to ensure resident and household needs are addressed safely and consistently.
- Support household routines and independent living skills as needed and ensure the residence is prepared for the morning team.
- Participate in staff meetings and training and contribute to improvements in medication support, documentation, and residential workflows.
What You Need to Qualify:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Health Sciences, Behavioral Health, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in medication management, behavioral health, residential services, healthcare, recovery services, or a related setting.
- Experience with medication reconciliation, medication records, medication documentation, and/or medication management systems strongly preferred.
- Experience using electronic medication management systems or electronic health records.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify, document, reconcile, and escalate medication discrepancies or changes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage medication records, documentation, inventory, and time-sensitive responsibilities accurately and consistently.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive resident, medical, and medication information appropriately.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate medication updates, discrepancies, and resident concerns clearly to House Managers and leadership.
- Ability to work independently overnight while maintaining a high level of accountability, attention to detail, and sound judgment.
- Relevant medication-management credential preferred (i.e. NYS RN license, Pharmacy Technician certification)
- Must be able to pass a background check and meet all applicable employment requirements.
- CPR/First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain upon hire.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 20–40 lbs occasionally
- Ability to stand, walk, or respond quickly during emergencies
- Ability to walk multiple levels of stairs multiple times daily
- Must be able to complete facility rounds and inspections

Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 (commensurate on experience)
